Day 1: Fez
You will be met by the guide who will accompany you throughout the trip. Pick up at the airport and transfer to the hotel. Depending on the time of arrival, possibility to take a first contact to see the city. Dinner and overnight at hotel.
Day 2: Fez – Guided tour of the city and the Medina of Fez.
After breakfast visit of the old city of Fez and its medina, the largest and most famous in the Arab world. We will enter from the Boujloud Bab, the famous gate and head towards Dar Batha, a Spanish style Arabic building which is a museum of beautiful folk art houses. We move on to visit Bou Inania the madrasas, the Koranic school of Fez, where young people study the Koran among the rooms, the chapel and a wonderful courtyard. The tour continues through the tannery Suke Chouara and there we will discover the fascinating process of the skin, the first cleaning of the hair until the color with natural dyes most beautiful. Then we will pass the Qaraouiyine mosque, founded in the ninth century by a woman. Dinner and overnight at hotel.
Day 3: Fez – Ifran – Azrou – Midelt – Merzouga
In the morning we leave through Ifran city called Swiss Moroccan, then we enter Albosqui of Azrou with stops to see the monkeys in freedom, we continue in the direction of the desert we pass through the valley of Ziz with its palm grove, we continue towards Merzouga and finally arrive at the foot of the beautiful dunes of Erg Chebbi. Dinner and overnight in hostel.
Day 4: Merzouga – Erg Chebbi – Merzouga
After breakfast we will go around all the dunes of erg chebbi we will see: the two oasis of Merzouga, the nomad lands, we will stop in nomad haimas in the middle of the desert, then return to the hotel at noon and in the afternoon we will go with the camels to an oasis located in the middle of the dunes, with a journey of an hour and a half to sleep in haima (an unforgettable night). Dinner and overnight in the haima. Well-equipped nomad tents do not need sleeping bags.
Day 5: Merzouga – Rissani – Ziz Valley – Fes
After breakfast, we leave for Rissani, transit center of caravans between Morocco and the first imperial city of Morocco, with one of the most important and colorful markets in Africa. Then we continue to Fez where we arrive in the afternoon transfer to the hotel. Dinner and overnight at hotel.
Day 6: Fez
At the agreed time transfer to the airport and end of our services.
