Program for 1 day tour to Essaouira from Marrakech:
We explore Morocco with a professional travel company: Marrakech & Casablanca Tours. On the first day we will leave Marrakech at 8:30 am. Leave Marrakech at 08:00, ready for a 3 hours trip to beautiful Essaouira on the Atlantic coast. Once you arrive in the port city, formerly known as Mogador, you will have time to enjoy Essaouira’s charming sights, including its ochre-colored walls, the beautiful Moulay El Hassan square and souks, as well as the narrow streets of the city’s old Medina. Enjoy a fresh fish lunch at a local restaurant.
During your trip, visit an association of Berber women who produce argan oil, see the local markets and marvel at the gems in the jewelers’ quarter. Next, explore the medina by the sea, a Unesco World Heritage Site. Wander through the colorful souks and the maze of alleyways.
You will return to Marrakech in the late afternoon and arrive in the “Red City” around 19:00.
