Day 1: Fez – Ifrane – Azrou – Erfoud – Merzouga – The dunes of Merzouga

Pick up from your hotel in Fez, departure to Midelt through the mountains and cedar forests of the Middle Atlas. Pass through Ifrane, a charming ski resort and Azrou, an important center of craftsmanship specialized in cedar woodwork. After the Zad pass (2178m / 7146ft), we will arrive in Midelt for lunch. In the afternoon, we descend towards Erfoud and Errachidia through the Ziz Valley, dotted with palm trees. Continuation to the sand dunes of Erg Chebbi. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 2: Merzouga – Khamlia – the track of the Nomads – the Dunes of Erg Chebbi – Night under the stars with camels.

This will be a stage where after breakfast, we will travel another of the tracks used in the “Paris-Dakar Rally”, visiting desert nomads with whom we will have tea and see the oasis where some movies were filmed as “Sahara”, starring Penelope Cruz. We will visit the village of “the blacks”, so called because of the slave trade brought from Sudan. And after lunch we will change the 4×4 traction for animal traction. The camels will take us into the desert dunes to contemplate an unforgettable sunset. Tonight will be special, we will sleep in the dunes in nomad tents (Jaimas), as the Berbers do. Here we will enjoy a Berber dinner, music and a starry sky like you have never seen before. Dinner and overnight in the unforgettable private Jaima.

Day 3: Merzouga Dunes – Todra Gorges – Dades Gorges – Valley of the Roses.

We will get up early to climb the dunes before sunrise, a spectacle like no other. An interesting excursion that we can do on foot or by camel. After breakfast we leave again in the 4×4 to go through the hammada (stone desert), where from time to time appear dunes and palm trees, small oasis where life takes shape. In just over 2 hours we reach Tinerhir, the lushest oasis in the south, from where you can access the Todra Gorges. Time to walk through the oasis, contemplating its crops and irrigation systems, and to walk part of the Gorges on a unique path. Dinner and overnight at the kasbha or hotel.

Day 4: The Valley of the Roses – The Dades Gorges – The Nomad Track – Skoura – Ouarzazatte

After breakfast we leave from the valley of the roses to visit the Dades Gorges, after the visit we return to the kasbah of Ait Youl to walk a track called the track of the nomads in addition to admire the landscapes of the area as the Kasbah and the Dades Mountains, then we take a tea with a nomad family living in the caves, then we continue the journey to Ouarzazatte, night in Ouarzazatte. Rest of the day at leisure.

Day 5: Ouarzazatte – the Kasbah of Ait ben haddou – Marrakech

After breakfast departure from Ouarzazatte to Marrakech, we visit the famous kasbah of Aït Benhaddou, one of the largest kasbahs in the south, which keeps some parts well preserved thanks to the fact that it has become the scene of many films. After lunch we leave for Marrakech. The 200 km that separate Ouarzazate from Marrakech run through the High Atlas. The road should be traveled slowly, for its beauty and because it is a mountain pass that crosses the Atlas at almost 2,300m. To round off the spectacular day. Arrival in Marrakech.
