Day 1: Tangier – Fez

Pick up at the port or airport and transfer to Fez, cultural capital of Morocco.

Day 2: Fez – Fez

A day to discover the cultural capital of Morocco. Numerous monuments to visit: Madrasas (Koranic schools): Chahrij, Bouinania Attarin. Souks, Fes El-Jedid, the Karaouine Mosque (first university in the world).

Day 3: Fez – Midelt

Departure to Midelt via Ifran known as the Switzerland of Morocco we will see the forest of Azrou where we will stop to enjoy watching the monkeys climb the cedars and then continue through the Middle Atlas Mountains. Arrival in Midelt and overnight in hotel.

Day 4 : Midelt – Merzouga

Continue via the Ziz valley, its palm grove and Errachidia, to the city of Erfoud, famous for being the capital of fossils. Arrival in Merzouga, there we will take the camels to spend the night in the middle of the dunes under a nomadic haima.

Day 5 : Merzouga – The Todra Gorges

We will wake up early to see the beautiful sunrise and to climb the dunes, then we will ride the camels back to the lodge where we will have breakfast and continue to the gorges via Rissani where we will stop a little to visit its traditional Souk which is considered the largest in the South of Morocco, we will continue to the Todra Gorges. Night in the Gorges

Day 6 : Todra Gorges – Ouarzazate

Breakfast and walk a little inside the gorges before continuing to the Dades valley, the valley of Roses and the oasis of Skoura. Arrival in Ouarzazate and overnight in hotel.

Day 7 : Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakech

After breakfast and before continuing to Marrakech we will visit the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou where many movies have been filmed including Sahara, Kingdom of Heaven, Cleopatra and Gladiator and then continue to Marrakech through the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi N’tichka pass. Along the mountains we will see Berber villages and farms.

Day 8 : Marrakech – Marrakech

A day to discover the charms of Marrakech and its historical monuments: the gardens and the Menara lagoon, the Koutoubia Mosque, the Saadian Tombs and the Dar si Said Museum or the Bahia Palace and the Jamaa El Fna Square with its souks.

Day 9 : Marrakech – Casablanca – Rabat

Departure in the morning to Rabat via Casablanca, the economic capital of Morocco. We will visit the Hassan II mosque, one of the largest in the Islamic world. Then continue to Rabat, the administrative capital of Morocco, in this imperial city we will visit the Hssan Tower, the Royal Palace and the Kasbah of Oudayas which overlooks the Bou Regreg river. In the afternoon transfer to the hotel.

Day 10 : Rabat – Chefchaouen

After breakfast drive through the Rif Mountains to the typical village of Chefchaouen. Dinner and overnight.

Day 11 : Chefchaouen – Tangier

Return to Tangier and transfer to the port / airport and end of the route.
